Left un-treated, our natural Scottish timbers will weather to a silvery-grey colour over time. The speed and intensity of this colouring will be dependent on a large number of factors including building design, location and position in realtion to the elements. This can often take years to occur and in certain conditions, the appearance of cladding will never be consistent across every face of a building.
